We are pleased to announce that we have recently acquired the productive branch of Metalforch Srl an historical company, which has been in the flange business for the last 50 years.

Our newly created business unit called “MFH Division” with plant (approx. 6.800sqm) is located in Primaluna (Lecco), 5km away from Cortenova (Lecco) headquarter of Officine Ambrogio Melesi Srl.

The organization and the industrial structure will remain unchanged starting from forging, heat treatment, machining up to packing activities.

The main characteristics will be maintained and guaranteed: focusing on the handling of small quantity, high quality and very short delivery!

We are all fully aware of the current economic difficulties within our sectors. This new investment shows our commitment to further grow and improve our Customer satisfaction and turning weaknesses into strengths.
