Whistleblowing is a legal tool available to everyone to report any unlawful conduct that is found in the context of one's work activity, guaranteeing protection against any possible retaliation linked, even indirectly, to the reported facts.

The law has introduced important safeguards for whistleblowers with the use of IT methods and encryption tools to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity, the content of the reports and the related documentation, even anonymously.

The report made through the platform is received by person incharge of an external company which operate with autonomy and independence. This platform allows dialogue, even anonymously, between the whistleblower and the manager of the report for clarifications requests, in-depth analysis, integrations, without the need to provide personal contacts. It can be used from any digital device (PC, tablet, smartphone) both inside and outside the company. The protection of anonymity is guaranteed in all circumstances.
