A new vehicle for Valsassina-Valvarrone Alpine Rescue team
29 November 2023A brand- new 9-seater Volkswagen Caravelle 4x4 was donated by Officine Ambrogio Melesi & C srl to the Valsassina-Valvarrone Alpine Rescue of the “XIX Lariana” Delegation as a sign of gratitude to the the association and its volunteers for the work they carry out in the area at the service of the community.
The Invernizzi family, owner of Officine Ambrogio Melesi, and the head representatives of the Alpine Rescue, Mr Marco Anemoli - responsible for XIX Lariana Delegation, Mr Alessandro Spada - the station master of Valsassina - Valvarrone, and numerous volunteers took part to the ceremony which was held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023 at “Comunità Valsassina” headquarter.
