Seals for Alternation of Quality (BAQ) and Enterprise within ITS (BITS)

Officine Ambrogio Melesi is proud to announce the achievement of the Seals for Alternation of Quality (BAQ) and Enterprise within ITS (BITS), recognized by Confindustria to appreciate the commitment of companies in training new generations.
Both awards demonstrate Officine Ambrogio Melesi's commitment to enhancing education and training of the new generations, who have always been considered the lifeblood necessary for the continuous improvement and progress of the Company.

During 2023 Officine Ambrogio Melesi hosted 9 students, either for school-work alternation courses and for internships promoted by Technical Secondary Institutes (ITS), allowing students to experiment with the specific activities of their studies.

The BAQ and the BITS labels reward companies that, through virtuous liaisons with the different training institutions involved,  have distinguished themselves for the commitment to school-work alternation paths (BAQ) and for the contribution in the spread of technical culture and STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) (BITS).
