Open Day 2019
03 June 2019On 28/05/2019 Officine Ambrogio Melesi welcomed 15 students attending the last year of the Technical Industrial and Professional Schools located in the province of Lecco at the Open Day "Forge your future".
The purpose of this project was to introduce Officine Ambrogio Melesi, illustrate the different professional profiles sought, facilitate the professional choice of the students through a direct approach to the world of work and the training paths proposed to gain the necessary skills for a work placement within the company.
It was a unique experience for the students who attended the company presentation during which particular attention was paid to the environment and safety topics. The Students also took part in a complete factory tour, seeing how Melesi, who is strong in its own values and history, has always placed human resources at the center of every business process, creating value through individual talents.
This initiative, strongly supported by the company management, aimed to deliver the message that Officine Ambrogio Melesi is ready to "forge the future" of the next generation of human resources who will have the chance to work for a company with a wide range of technologically advanced systems. As new members of staff , they will operate every day in a global market context, in a work environment that is dynamic, stimulating, innovative, ready to face increasingly complex technological challenges while being supported by business solidity, business ethics and being offered the possibility to keep growing professionally thanks to structured and constant training courses, aimed at enhancing talent.
